At Rastaclat, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original hangtags and packaging into a secure shipping mailer, then attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
